Natalie Baydack
MA, CEPartner
Natalie brings considerable expertise to every assignment. Although she works in a wide range of subject areas, one of the areas that she has focussed on over the years are science-based regulatory programs in the environmental, health and natural resource domains. She has completed projects relating to contaminated sites management, chemicals management, environmental assessment and regulation of health and consumer products, pesticides and veterinary drugs.
A Credentialed Evaluator and former President of the Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES), Natalie offers clients advanced research design, project management, analytical and reporting skills.
Natalie is particularly skilled at delivering large, complex evaluations involving multiple lines of evidence, sensitive issues and diverse stakeholders. She specializes in synthesizing complex information to produce compelling, insightful reports. Natalie works out of PRA’s Winnipeg office. As a parent of two, she spends much of her time outside the office chauffeuring her children to activities and volunteers regularly for Swim Manitoba events.
