Brian has a Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Program Evaluation, complemented by a Master of Public Policy and Administration. His previous work with the evaluation team at Natural Resources Canada makes him a unique asset to PRA’s cadre of evaluators. His involvement with a wide range of projects centred on environmental issues, combined with his experiences reviewing academic programs and developing international employment solutions, allows Brian to step into research projects with a truly diverse toolkit. Brian is well versed in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and analysis and works with clients to understand their objectives and develop clear recommendations for program success. Supplementing his work in evaluation, Brian also has a formal background in fine arts, allowing him to bring creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to all his projects.
Outside of evaluation work, Brian enjoys writing and playing jazz, and studying the intersection of politics, society, and music around the world and across generations.
