2026 Continuing Care Home Family Experience Survey
PRA is managing the 2026 Continuing Care Home Resident and Family Experience Surveys which are being conducted by Health Quality Alberta with the cooperation of continuing care homes across the province, Assisted Living Alberta, and the Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services. The feedback provided supports continuing care homes and healthcare decision-makers in identifying strengths and opportunities to enhance residents’ care and services.
Health Quality Alberta is a provincial agency that brings together patients, families, and our partners from across healthcare and academia to inspire improvement in patient safety, person-centred care, and health service quality.
If you have received an invitation in the mail to participate in the Family Experience Survey, you may complete the survey online here. You will be asked to enter the unique access code provided on your cover letter.
PRA is under contract to Health Quality Alberta and must follow Health Quality Alberta’s confidentiality procedures and Alberta’s health information privacy legislation.
