Cara’s early years as an interviewer in our survey operations centre provided her with insights into the telephone interviewing process, followed by data entry and coding, and survey pre-testing, all the way to supervision of interviewers. She also has extensive experience developing and maintaining databases, and compiling data on the operations of our survey centre. Nowadays, one of Cara’s key responsibilities is programming surveys on our CATI and CAWI software platform.
