Paul Simpson
MA, CEPARTNER
Paul has accumulated extensive experience in and knowledge of evaluation and performance measurement over the years. He came to work at PRA during his post-secondary studies and subsequently stayed with us, making a tremendous contribution to the firm. He also became a Credentialed Evaluator along the way.
Paul has managed a wide variety of evaluation and related assignments in various subject matter areas and for a range of clients, including municipal, provincial and federal government organizations as well as non-profit organizations.
Paul’s background in economics and advanced skills in quantitative analysis make him one of those rather rare individuals comfortable with statistical and econometric methods, as well as large administrative and survey datasets.
For several years, Paul has honed his qualitative research skills as well, conducting hundreds of key informant interviews and dozens of literature and document reviews, facilitating focus groups and designing and administering surveys. An expert at converting evidence into meaningful insights, he has presented findings to a range of decision-makers.
