Marcus is a researcher with a passion for quantitative data. He enjoys getting the message across in an intuitive way. He’s excited about data science, statistics and great visualization.
Marcus was trained as an empirical psychologist and continues to collaborate with academic colleagues publishing research on social perception from an evolutionary perspective in his spare time. In addition to his background in science, Marcus has held teaching appointments at several universities instructing statistics and psychology.
He integrates his understanding of the complexities of human psychology and motivation in organizational settings with rigorous research methods to contribute to evaluations that offer effective and realistic recommendations for improvement. Marcus uses various tools, such as the R programming language, to efficiently analyze and visualize insights extracted from datasets regardless of size or complexity.
Marcus is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES).
