Derek is a research analyst with a primary focus on market research, utilizing a variety of approaches from surveys to mystery shopping. In fact, Derek has accumulated experience working with a variety of clients from both the public and private sectors.
While he typically focuses on quantitative data collection and analysis, Derek has also contributed to analysis and presentation of findings from qualitative data.
Derek started with PRA as a telephone interviewer, applying his previous experience in programming and analysis which provides him with a deeper understanding of the entirety of the research process. This has proven very useful now that he manages numerous research projects and works closely with other team members to ensure the quality, timeliness and usefulness of research results.
