2024 Alberta Home Care Client Experience Survey
The Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) is an independent agency with a legislated mandate to inspire improvement in patient safety, person-centred care and health service quality in Alberta. The HQCA is currently conducting a survey in collaboration with Alberta Health Services and Alberta Health.
PRA has been contracted to manage the survey of home care clients for the HQCA. The contract requires that we comply with Alberta’s privacy of health information laws. The information collected is strictly confidential and will be used to improve the home care services you receive. It will not be possible to identify you as an individual.
The HQCA is a provincial agency with a legislated mandate under the Health Quality Council of Alberta Act. As part of its mandate, the HQCA collects feedback information from Albertans about their healthcare. If you have received a survey in the mail, you are being invited to share your recent experiences with Alberta home care services. If you would like to complete the survey, please use the link below and enter the 8-character survey access code provided to you on the mailed cover letter.
